I generally don't like taking photos of buildings, but Budapest was so beautiful that I couldn't help myself. This city has some pretty impressive architecture (Parliament, Buda Castle, and St Stephen's Basilica are absolute dreams), but overall the city has more of a relaxed feeling to it. I'll also be posting atravel guide with more details on what to see and do, places to eat, and I'll include a map with everything on it! I recommend that you go and fix yourself a snack because this post is definitely photo heavy. Enjoy, and please let me know what travel posts you'd like to see!
Photo Diary: Brussels
Oh Brussels, I loved you and your fries so much that I've already booked a ticket to go back. I loved being reunited with my friends from New York and getting to explore the city together. Although our large group brought me lots of stress and frustration (#solotraveler4life), I got to enjoy some of the best fries ever, delicious waffles, and relive my childhood at the comic museum.
Photo Diary: Amsterdam
Amsterdam was less about seeing all the sights and more about eating good food, walking aimlessly, and having good conversations with my friend Irvi. That being said, every inch of Amsterdam is adorable and photogenic so naturally I took photos of as many canals and moody-toned buildings as humanly possible. We also took a short trip out to Keukenhoff to see the famous Dutch tulips!
Travel Guide: Brussels
Brussels originally wasn't on my list of places to visit, but when my old roommates asked if I wanted to join them on this trip, I couldn't say no. It's a beautiful and walkable city and I'm already planning on going back! Brussels is also a really easy place to do with Amsterdam (only 3 hours away via bus) or Bruges if you don't want to stay in the city the whole time.
