I generally don't like taking photos of buildings, but Budapest was so beautiful that I couldn't help myself. This city has some pretty impressive architecture (Parliament, Buda Castle, and St Stephen's Basilica are absolute dreams), but overall the city has more of a relaxed feeling to it.
It's finally here, my Paris Travel Guide. I think it took me forever to write my Paris posts but it feels like it's closing the door on my Parisian adventures. There is never enough time to explore Paris but I managed to fit a lot in my three days there.
Amsterdam was less about seeing all the sights and more about eating good food, walking aimlessly, and having good conversations with my friend Irvi. That being said, every inch of Amsterdam is adorable and photogenic so naturally I took photos of as many canals and moody-toned buildings as humanly possible. We also took a short trip out to Keukenhoff to see the famous Dutch tulips!
Going into this trip I was scared, mainly for two reasons. Either I would get there, realize that Paris has been over romanticized and over hyped and be immediately dissapointed, or I would come back with visions of eclairs and pain au chocolats dancing in my head, proclaiming that Paris was the city of my dreams and that I was destined to be a parisienne, immediately annoying anyone and everyone within 10 feet of me.
