I like Saturdays best
I saw a tweet asking whether people preferred cities or small towns, and my thought was cities because they can feel like both. There is no lack of energy living in Manhattan. The fast pace, constant noise and internal drive. This city is exciting. This city doesn't wait for anyone. It has its own agenda, one that often conflicts with everyone else's in the form of constant construction, MTA delays, or slow moving tourists. But this city knows how to take a break and slow all. the. way. down.
7 Content Creators to Follow Right Now
It's clear that I'm not the most amazing blogger, or content creator in general but there's something about January that makes me wanna kick things into overdrive and create like mad. As I learn to trust my creative abilities more, I've been looking up to a few creators who make content that's real, engaging, and of quality as inspiration. I've found myself reading less blogs and unfollowing more people on Instagram, but these are the few that really stand out from the rest. Give them a follow and let me know who some of your favorite content creators are!
Hey friends let's chat a bit.
It's been a minute since we've caught up (but then again when has it not been a minute? I gave up on the idea of consistent blogging eons ago.)

Currently Binging on Netflix
Is it just me or did all the good shows come back on netflix recently?! I'm generally not the one to watch netflix during the school year but I have a few days relaxing outside of London until I'm back in New York and dealing with jet lag, moving, and starting an internship, and finding a job to get all caught up on the goodness that is netflix shows. Here's what I plan on binge watching:
That One Time Paris Changed Everything
Going into this trip I was scared, mainly for two reasons. Either I would get there, realize that Paris has been over romanticized and over hyped and be immediately dissapointed, or I would come back with visions of eclairs and pain au chocolats dancing in my head, proclaiming that Paris was the city of my dreams and that I was destined to be a parisienne, immediately annoying anyone and everyone within 10 feet of me.
7 simple ways to prep for new years
Happy new year!
I hope you had tons of fun welcoming 2017 and most importantly kicking 2016 out the door. With January 1st comes plenty of resolutions and #newyearnewme mentality and while I agree that it's a noble thing to do, let's be honest and admit that most people don't follow through. While I won't be setting any big resolutions for this year because I know myself as a person, there are a few things I'm doing to kick off the new year.
